On 14 December 1999, 300 people squeezed into The Cavern Club in Liverpool to watch Paul perform at the legendary venue for the first time since The Beatles made it famous in 1963. Joining Paul on stage were Pink Floyd's David Gilmour, Deep Purple drummer Ian Paice, the legendary Mick Green and Pete Wingfield. While the live, in-the-moment experience could only be enjoyed by the lucky few, this 2001 DVD not only allows even more fans to get a taste of what it was like, but also means this once in a lifetime show is saved for posterity. |
