Paul McCartney
Paul has written a personal and heartfelt article on his life as a vegetarian which is published today exclusively at The Huffington Post. In it he states that, ‘Growing up in Liverpool, I would have thought of a vegetarian as a wimp. We could be a prejudiced bunch at times but I'm not sure people would automatically think like that these days.’
In the dispatch Paul warmly recalls Linda McCartney’s pioneering role in helping to kick-start, ‘a revolution of choice in the food industry’. Today the vegetarian choice is wider than ever, augmented with the recent release of Linda McCartney Foods’ new range of chilled foods and the McCartney family’s Meat Free Monday campaign.
