New Microsite: Discover 'Tug of War' and 'Pipes of Peace'

20.09.2015

Did you know that Tug of War marked the first time Paul had worked with producer George Martin since The Beatles’ Abbey Road album?

In celebration of the forthcoming reissues Tug of War and Pipes of Peace - the latest releases in the Paul McCartney Archive Collection - PaulMcCartney.com has created a new interactive microsite telling the stories of both albums, their conception, collaborators and of course, the music! We’ve also collected together a selection of factual titbits to take you behind-the-scenes of both albums.

Select the album that you would like to explore and scroll down to see the tracklisting. Navigate between the two albums by clicking at the top of the page.

What better way to celebrate both reissues than by listening to highlights from each album.

Watch:
Delve into the forthcoming Deluxe Editions of Tug of War and Pipes of Peace by watching the unboxing videos, and more.

Photos:

Fan Art:
We’ve created a selection of colouring in images (suitable for adults and children!) which we’re giving away for free in the downloads section of the website. Personalise and post yours to Instagram and Twitter using the hashtag #WarAndPeace. We will be re-posting our favourites here!
