The 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy benefit on the 12th December is set to be broadcast live from Madison Square Garden from 7.30pm EST (12:30am 13th December UK time). Fans in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia will all be able to watch the concert on TV and online, as well as tune in to radio broadcasts, bringing the benefit to an estimated one billion music fans globally.

Event producers James Dolan, John Sykes and Harvey Weinstein issued the following joint statement: “The fact that so many major media companies are joining forces to distribute and stream this important event to homes worldwide will enable us to create a tremendous and unprecedented fundraising effort on a global scale to benefit the victims of this devastating storm.”
The all-star concert lineup Includes Paul McCartney, Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton, Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters), Billy Joel, Alicia Keys, Chris Martin (Coldplay), Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam), Roger Waters (Pink Floyd), Kanye West and The Who.
