'Snow'worries as spring has (nearly) sprung and the days (should) be getter warmer as we head into March. Whilst we're dreaming of our summer holidays, Paul shares some handy tips on coping with the effects of jetlag, along with sharing the song he would choose as the theme tune to his life!

Since February is the month to celebrate all things 'love', we invited fans to send Paul's song 'My Valentine' to their Valentine. And speaking of love, Paul joined Beatles fans around the world in wishing his dear friend George Harrison a happy birthday - it would have been his 75th - and thanking him for the memories.
