On the 20thJuly 2008, Paul delighted a crowd of over 250,000 people on the Plains of Abraham as part of Quebec City's 400th anniversary. The show had even more significance for Paul as it marked the first time he'd ever played the city, his enthusiasm spilling over into a number of songs being introduced in French, much to the delight of the crowd.
