Join Paul, Mary and Stella McCartney for a global online event celebrating 'Linda McCartney's Family Kitchen'

Stella, Paul and Mary McCartney
7 June 2021

Over thirty years ago, Linda McCartney first blazed the trail for meat-free cooking, and around the table of the family home she shared the pleasure that eating compassionately could bring.

Now Paul McCartney and his daughters – photographer, filmmaker and food writer Mary, and fashion designer Stella – have brought Linda's kitchen up to date, re-inventing her best-loved recipes for the modern, plant-based cook. LINDA McCARTNEY’S FAMILY KITCHEN: Over 90 plant-based recipes to save the planet and nourish the soul will be published on 24 June 2021 by Seven Dials of The Orion Publishing Group.

Orion have partnered with FANE Productions and MPL Communications on an exclusive global event where Paul, Mary and Stella McCartney will discuss the new book together, sharing their personal favourites, the dishes they cook most at home, and the family memories that these recipes evoke. They’ll also touch on life in the McCartney household, and how they were all inspired by Linda’s kindness and compassion. Don’t miss the opportunity to join the McCartney family as they share Linda’s trailblazing passion for wholesome cooking that is kind to the planet in a fresh and inventive way.

The event will be broadcast on 29th June 2021 at 18:30 BST, 13:30 ET and 18:30 AEST and will be available to view up to a week after the event has ended and can be accessed worldwide.

The ticket price includes a copy of Linda McCartney’s Family Kitchen and orders will be fulfilled by Waterstones in the UK, Barnes and Noble in the US, QBD Books in Australia and by FANE Productions internationally.

About the book:

In Linda McCartney’s Family Kitchen, Paul, Mary and Stella have re-imagined Linda’s classic recipes, bringing them up to date for the modern, plant-based cook. Because how we eat is changing, with more and more people choosing a meat- and dairy-free diet, even if only for one or two days a week. And this change is kind to the planet too: a plant-based diet can reduce an individual's carbon footprint from food by up to 73 per cent.

Alongside family favourites such as American-Style Pancakes, Chilli Non Carne, Sausage Rolls and Shepherd’s Pie, Paul, Mary and Stella share the dishes they cook most at home: Pad Thai, Pulled Jackfruit Burgers, Panzanella Salad and Crunchy Pecan Cookies to name just a few of the simple, nourishing and sustainable recipes included in this stylish book.

Complete with personal stories and intimate family photos spanning three decades, Linda McCartney’s Family Kitchen is not only good for you, but for the planet too.

Seven Dials will publish LINDA MCCARTNEY’S FAMILY KITCHEN by Linda, Paul, Mary and Stella McCartney on 24 June 2021 in hardback. Pre-order here:
